Anécdota sobre el Reuso del Monofilamento en la República Dominicana (Anecdote on monofilament reuse in the Dominican Republic)
Este pescador dominicano le comento a Héctor Varela que en su país el hilo usado se desenreda y lo rehúsan montones de veces. Me pareció curioso esa anécdota que contrasta tanto con nuestras costumbres de no re-usar mucho.
The person in the picture is told Hector Varela that monofilament is reused in the Dominican Republic. People put the tangled mass of line on a tree branch and patiently untangle it! Talk about reuse! or better yet extreme need.
